Simply browse our website, select your favourite eyewear or lens shade, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout and fill in your details, it’s quick, secure, and easy.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location, typically within 4–7 working days across Pakistan.

3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. Customers provide return shipping. For hygiene reasons, opened lenses or personal-use items cannot be returned.

4. Are all products original?

Absolutely. Maqbool Store has been offering authentic eyewear and premium lenses since 1985. Every product is sourced responsibly and checked for quality before dispatch.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request changes or cancellations before your order is shipped by contacting our customer care team through WhatsApp or email.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. All online transactions are processed through verified gateways.

7. Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Currently, we deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping options will be announced soon.
